[ TrackPal ] - Add TravisCI support
Currently there are some basic test files that helps to manage the CI(Continuous Integration) part in the project. And the Travis integration to the project is needed in order to support the CI process in the project. The integration should only support for CI and no need to support CD(Continuous Development) process.
Task Deliverable: Pull request with the .travis.yml file (pull request should be made to the 'gci-code' branch in the original repository).
