Add colors to the output message of the cli use a library like https://www.npmjs.com/package/cli-color. https://github.com/chalk/chalk. By selecting one of these library you can wrap the output by their own wrapper to give out the color.

First define a color schema eg : Success - green, Error - Red and add them to documentation as well.
