In Geometry you might've studied about the state of two lines, two circles, either they intersect, or don't or have 2 points of intersection. Create a program that when given the radius of 2 circles and their distance with each other it draws them and prints their states compared to each other. You can see how the input and output should look like in here
The app must be able to tell:

• If the circles are concentric
• If they are tangent (One point of intersection)
• If they have two points of intersection.
• If they have no point of intersection.
  You should submit your source code only. You can check the link given for python, note that other methods of solving this task is welcomed!
  Hint: you can use python turtle for drawings.
