Add \file doxy to every file
Read the Manual section on Documenting with Doxygen. Note that every source code file needs a \file comment block, and we ask for specific information in that block.
Your task is to go through a single module in ns-3 and check that every file has the correct \file documentation block. If not, supply a patch for the missing blocks in the module.
