ns-3 is used for academic research, and publications about ns-3 often are sent to digital libraries. These include ACM digital library, IEEE digital library, and arXiv. Google Scholar is a service that searches and provides links to such papers.

Find three recent publications (published in the calendar year 2019) where the authors have used ns-3 in their simulation studies, and provide BibTeX entries for the three publications. A BibTeX entry is a structured way to list an academic reference. We can collect these and display them in a structured way on our project web page.

The arXiv and Google Scholar are recommended for students who do not have access to the IEEE or ACM digital libraries (because they often require a university subscription to access the actual paper PDFs). The student should check the paper by scanning the body of the paper to make sure that ns-3 was actually used to generate data, and was not just cited as a background reference in the bibliography. Submit a document with at least three BibTex entries for evaluation.
