Currently simulator page page use application layout which contain lot of changes which simulator page do not require, also fix style issues in simulator which is currently broken in master branch and make it look like https://circuitverse.org/simulator

1. Create base stylesheet for simulator layout
2. create base javascript for simulator layout
3. Fix style overriding issues in master branch

This task have 3 instances, we welcome multiple approaches, but only one will be merged to master, task will be approved nevertheless
