A unit test verifies in isolation the functionality of a certain component. A user interface test would require verification of correct appearance of each Activity in the app.

Prerequisite:

• Download and install the apk of the Mentorship Android application.
• Familiarize yourself with the workflow of the app.

Steps:

• Run the app using Split Screen Mode (available in Android N and above) on your device/emulator.
• Navigate to the Sign Up page of the Android app.
• Find all pages which appear differently/are faulty as compared to when the app is run in full screen version.
  • Is there overlapping text? Is there stretched out images?
• Document the steps for testing, each page being considered, the full screen version of page and the split screen version of page for each page in a Word file and point out visual faults if any.
