Retain values when orientation changed in the Sign Up page (Mentorship - Android)
Prerequisite:
- Fork and clone the project from the github repository
- Follow the documentation for successfully setting up the project
- Open Project in Android Studio
Steps:
- Sign Up as a new user
- Type in the required fields and change the orientation.
Values in the text field are lost. Fix this bug.

After successfully fixing this issue, commit and make a Pull Request. Title of PR should contain "Program:GCI"
