Analyse DOM and structure of a tweet post, look for div which contain handle of a tweet, which contain main content of tweet, which contain date and time of that tweet, and also look for unique id of a tweet as tagged by twitter(it should be same for all user for same tweet) etc. Make a Content Script of chrome extension to extract tweet content, tweet author, tweet date-time, tweet handle from twitter.

EDIT: Incorporate mutation handlers such that the visited node/tweet is traversed only once even when page DOM updates
