Design a logo for the JuliaActions org

The logo should include design aesthetics like the ones used in the Julia logo but in some way rift off of the idea of "GitHub Actions".

The design should:

• Be in the shape of a circle.
• Use at most 4 colors, for example, the Julia colors
• Use fonts and images that are the public domain only (see https://www.teachingcopyright.org/handout/public-domain-faq.html), not requiring attribution (cite sources)
• Incorporate the Julia logo
• Incorporates something related to GitHub Actions

Include a licensing phrase with your submission (use a separate text file)

Along with your finished graphic, upload a screenshot showing how you made it.
