For our upcoming open projects we need to acquire meteo data, and we ask you to try on this.

Make a documentation about the UNEP Environmental Data Explorer's API. Requirements:

• Research about all the functionalities of the API.
• Research about all the restrictions of the API (ex: Is it free?How many calls can I do?, etc).
• All information collected must be written on a Google Doc.
• Make a READ.md about the installation of the API.

Task delivery
Publish it too in the selected task of your Google Code-in dashboard and to lgcodein@gmail.com email for mentor review and approval.
