This task is to make the following fixes to Apertium-paradigmatrix:

1. Allow it to work over https; it currently doesn't not seem to be able to. It should work over https, http, and when served locally. Cf. https://apertium.github.io/apertium-paradigmatrix/spa.html
2. It should not return the "not a valid verb" error so often (cf. the Kazakh page). If anything matching the tags to remove is found, then it should use it, even if it might otherwise not seem likely (I don't know what the current heuristic is).
3. Also, this is not only for verbs—you could e.g. make noun or adjective paradigms, or whatever else is relevant for a given language. So the alert text should be more general. It should probably also not be limited to English. So this (and any other) alert should be customisable by page.
