[winners] Orgmanager: Fix Continuous Integration
OBJECTIVE
FOSSASIA used Org Manager to sign up people for the organization on GitHub. The project is no longer available as a hosted service, but we would like to host it within the FOSSASIA organization. The goal is to make deploy it automatically therefore. In order to achieve this goal we need the continuous integration with Travis to be fixed in the repo.
