Mifos X Community App - Bug Fix: In 'Create Self Service User page', Tooltip of "Override password expiry policy" is flashing if we hover mouse on it
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to client page > click on 'More' button. In 'More' menu, click on 'Create Self Service user' In next navigation page - create self service user page - hover the mouse on tooltip of "Override password expiry policy" .
Expected Behaviour:
Tooltip should not flash and should be still when mouse is hovered on it.
Actual Behaviour:
Refer the screenshot. (Navigate to the specified page and check)
