Student is expected to know Python.

Problem

If you want to watch everything that happens in Tracker, you need to watch manually all existing topics, as this is the biggest object we currently allow watching of. We should allow users to watch whole grants to make such actions easier.

Expected outcome

You should propose a patch to Wikimedia Gerrit, see tutorial.

Student is expected to claim the task on Wikimedia Phabricator when claiming this task on the GCI site.
