Student is expected to know a bit of Python.

Problem

If you go to edit grant admin view (/admin/tracker/grant/<id>/), you don't see if grant is open as you do in the list grants admin view (/admin/tracker/grant/). This task want you to add this, together with a help text how to change that value (by opening some topics or closing all topics in that grant).

Expected outcome

You should propose a patch to Wikimedia Gerrit, see tutorial.

Student is expected to claim the task on Wikimedia Phabricator when claiming this task on the GCI site.
