Problem - steps to reproduce

1. Go to watch settings of any object
2. Select the "All" notification to watch for everything
3. Save the settings
4. Go back to the watch settings form
5. Expected: The checkbox next to All is checked
6. Happens: The checkbox isn't checked

Expected outcome

You should propose a patch to Wikimedia Gerrit, see tutorial.

Student is expected to claim the task on Wikimedia Phabricator when claiming this task on the GCI site.
