Student should know basics of Django.

Problem

If I go to particular ticket, click on change language, select whatever language I want to use and confirm, Tracker redirects me back to homepage. It'll be better if it redirects to the page where I was prior clicking the change language item in menu.

Expected outcome

You should propose a patch to Wikimedia Gerrit, see tutorial.

Student is expected to claim the task on Wikimedia Phabricator when claiming this task on the GCI site.
