These settings related to emailing users should be documented in the available settings page, following the same format, the English explanation of each of these settings should also be improved.

The Sending email to users section could give a general explanation and refer to the available settings page (linking the specific anchor of the first relevant email setting).

Improvements to the English text are very welcome.
