GRASS GIS: Add screenshots to manual pages

Beforehand complete the task "GRASS GIS: Install GRASS GIS on your computer, download North Carolina dataset". Follow the example steps and make screenshots for d.barscale module that is missing screenshots in the examples. The example should be based on the North Carolina dataset.

You should provide the PNG file and a caption to add below the figure in the manual page. Follow the external link provided for details about contributed images for manual pages.
