Our current filtering program currently ignores two letter codes (because all the points are listed as three letter codes) and therefore doesn't add in all the possible pairs.

For example: There is a pair ("ca", "it"). Since they are two letter codes, this pair is ignored. However, by converting it to three letter codes: ("cat", "ita"), we will be able to add this pair in.

Check for pairs with two letter codes that have a three letter code counterpart that is in the list of points and make sure they are added. For a conversion table of two to three letter codes, look here.

Commit the code as part of trimpairs.py in the Globe-viewer repo.
