Search results for PostgreSQL in search engines, notably on Google, are currently not well ranked. This is especially relevant where it concerns search results for the documentation; often, older versions of PostgreSQL versions are displayed higher up than current documentation. We need to find a way to ensure the latest version of PostgreSQL and the related documentation are higher up with improved visibility.

Your task will be to draft up a sample solution and include a document (in PDF form) explaining 1) how it works, 2) why you chose this method, 3) the advantages and disadvantages, and 4) how it should affect the search results.
