Introduction - We have a Fedora Community Application that allows Fedora users as well as interested contributors to know what’s going on in the community. As of now, there’s no loader. We need to add a loader in the Magazine, Ask and Calendar View as well as the Podcast and Diversity Section to let the user know while the data loads for the first time.

Goal - Create and add a loader component for the app

Suggested Approach - Create an angular component of a CSS only loader. and show it in the application whenever the data loads for the first time. Create a PR on pagure once done.
