[Fabrik] Refactor backend codebase of Real Time Collaboration feature
Currently all of the required backend code for Real Time Collaboration feature is present in consumers.py in a single method. The goal of the task is to refactor the backend codebase of Real Time Collaboration feature which will be much more modular and readable.
