[EvalAI] Add callback function for “Show Analysis” button if there are no hosted challenges
On the Challenge Analytics Home page, if the user has not hosted any challenges before and tries to click the “Show Analysis” button, nothing happens. Either create a callback function that displays a meaningful message or disable the button.
