This can be an organization or an individual. Each organization/individual should provide some mandatory information primarily email id, name, and description of organization/individual also should be able to set up a password for their account. All this information would be gathered via a form. A basic validation to check whether email id exists should run, if yes error message asking person to log in and if no a successful registration message should be displayed
