Make an 'about us' section in the app containing a brief description about the AOSSIE and add links to the web version of the crowd-alert app and our git repository. Steps to perform this task:

1) Fork the repository https://gitlab.com/aossie/CrowdAlert-Mobile.

2) Make the changes in router.js file and add a new screen for about us section.

3) Push in your forked repository to gitlab.

4) Open a merge request.
