Notice how that page looks nothing like http://brlcad.org

This task is to redesign the downloads page in the same style (ideally using the same stylesheet but not necessary) as the main page.

Bonus points if you can add logic to automatically detect the visitor's current platform, so that it suggests that one first, but not strictly necessary.

While redesigning, you do not have to maintain the same groupings that are currently present (with binary platform downloads on one row and other downloads on the second row), but you should present a meaningful organization. Usually visitors are looking for binaries for their computer or our latest source code.
