WEB: re-design an About page

Notice how that page looks nothing like http://brlcad.org

This task is to redesign the about page in the same style (ideally using the same stylesheet but not necessary) as the main page.

While redesigning, you do not have to maintain the same about page information. You are expected to RESEARCH though to make sure you include the most important information about BRL-CAD. You can find information:

Your page must include at least one image and at least 250 words of what you see as being the most useful information about BRL-CAD.
