Rails like the T-Junction have two states that can be flipped between using a wrench. This task is to add a switch block that can be interacted with to flip adjacent rails. The block should also be able to be controlled using the Signalling module.

The block does not need a model at the moment and such a basic tile is fine.

Definition of 'Done'

• A screenshot of the final product.
• A pull request made in the AdditionalRails module that adds the switch

Where to start

• Start from some of the blocks that come with the signalling module and figure out how to trigger the switch block
• Look at the flip action for Rails and work out how to trigger that.
