Upper/lower neighbor -- this can be chromatic (not key dependant) or diatonic (key dependant); note that ornaments like mordents are combinations of upper/lower neighbors (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mordent).

As per the Issue on github, pleasee implement this feature.
