Scaffold an Angular project using the angular/cli utility
Task Description
You are to set up an Angular project using the angular/cli command-line utility. All that this task requires you to do is install the angular/cli module via npm and initialize a new project using the commands it offers.
Getting Started
You need a Node.js environment to get started. Head over to Node.js website to download the installable file if you don't have it.
