• Add settings fragment to nav drawer.
• Add setting for setting up server location for lead-management-android

In settings there will be one item named server With subtext showing url location of server Clicking on setting will open dialogue to edit the server location

That should in turn change the base url for further retrofit calls.

This setting should retain and not to be added every time user open app
