Add codacy to the supported projects to maintain code quality and style.

TODO :

Select a repo from https://github.com/jboss-outreach which do not have codacy integration already.
Create issue on corresponding repository if not existing for adding codacy.
Tell if you are working on that issue and ask to turn on codacy for that repository.
Fork and make changes ( make/update config file .codacy.yml ). Basic data for it is here
Add codacy status icon to README
Create Pull Request.
Submit task only after pul request is merged.
