Propose structure for moving compressor-head-android to library
compressor-head-android should be converted to a library with a sample app connected to it.
Library will be using rest api with Retrofit and no UI will be covered inside library.
Create a issue on repository. Provide the list to changes and measures to be taken and possible approach.
