Create a vector drawing that visually explains differences between Release Group from Release, Track from Recording, and Recording from Work
The objective is to introduce users to these 5 types of MusicBrainz entities (Release Group, Release, Track, Recording, and Work). Most frequent misunderstandings are: mixing up Release Group with Release, mixing up Track with Recording, and mixing up Recording with Work.
This task can be decomposed into 3 steps:
- Learn about MusicBrainz entity types and how they are related. Don’t hesitate to ask on IRC if you have any doubt.
- Make a sketch or a written proposition with example entities and relationships. These can be based on real examples, but it is not a requirement.
- Once approved, go for the vector drawing that must use existing vector icons for MusicBrainz entity types.
