MetaBrainz Foundation
Research part of a MetaBrainz project and make a tutorial video/screencast about it
Historically, MetaBrainz has had GCI students create video content for our YouTube channel. We usually come up with the ideas ourselves, but now you have the chance to impress us with your knowledge of our organization! đ
To complete this task:
- Research a part of MetaBrainz that interests you. You can find links and descriptions of all of our projects here. Make sure your subject is large enough to make a good video but also not too broad.
- Reach out to the task mentors and get your video proposal approved.
- Create your video
- The video should be 10 minutes long at most (the shorter the sweeter).
- The video should be made available for use by the MetaBrainz Foundation under the Creative Commons AttributionâShareAlike license, so make sure you're not using assets (e.g., music) that can't be published under this. If assets you're using require you to use another Creative Commons license that might also be acceptableâdiscuss this with the mentors.
