Given a video file and a subtitle file (through an arguments list or standard input), the task is to write a program to "burn" subtitles on video (or "draw" them, or "create hard subs", call it whatever you want). It's better to have some additional arguments like the size of the text and its color.

Hint: there are a lot of free video and subtitles processing libraries exists. You aren't expected to write your own video decoder or something like that.
