OBJECTIVE

Build a nice GCI Website with the FOSSASIA org. Have a look at previous year's website here http://gci15.fossasia.org and http://gci16.fossasia.org. You can improve the existing design, add information or a feature. Please ensure that your improvements are . Avoid minor simplistic changes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Join the FOSSASIA Gitter channel here
• Use Git repo for this year's website is https://github.com/fossasia/gci17.fossasia.org
• Open an issue or indicate your work on an existing issue
• Fork the repository and make your changes in your own fork
• Make a pull request to the repository

Notes:

• If you would like to use images, you can select photos from the FOSSASIA Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/fossasia/
• Feel free to experiment with design.
• Keep the size of the site small
• Ensure it works on mobile devices
• Announce your work on twitter, FB or another network

EXPECTED OUTCOME

• Substantial improvement of website
• Accepted pull request
• Links to other relevant sites for the article
• Relevant text and image, sliders or other new features
• Post a message about your task at FOSSASIA Google Code-In on Twitter (Weibo or another service) e.g. "Improving the website of #FOSSASIA #GCI. Check out http://gci17.fossasia.org @fossasia @hpdang @mariobehling"
