loklak: Build your own loklak cloud and help to collect large amounts of open data (Advanced)
Objective:
Loklak is a peer to peer server application which is able to collect messages from various sources, including twitter. After students have already done tasks setting up single server, the goal of this task is to enable students to build their own loklak small cloud for free collecting a larger number of messages/open data for analytics and using different cloud services (Google, AWS, Bluemix etc).
Students should run at least 10 servers together. The task is completed if each server has at least collected 10 million social message and you joined the channels and team. Note: This might take some time. So, please take this into account. Setup instructions are here.
Pre-Requisite:
loklak servers contain a search index and a peer-to-peer index sharing interface. You should have already set up a loklak server instances in previous tasks.
Expected Outcome:
- all together 10 loklak server are successfully installed and collecting social messages on an ongoing basis
- using different cloud services and servers
- each server has collected 10 million messages at least
- server should stay continuously online
- tweet about your task with a screenshot of your set up, e.g. "More #loklak #BigData search servers with #FOSSASIA @lklknt @fossasia @0rb1t3r @ansi @elastic [http://linktoyourtopserverhere] "
- joined the project channel
