OBJECTIVE

The idea of this task is to add past events to the system, for example past FOSDEM events. This will enable us to test events with real world data and showcase the capabilities of the Open Event Orga Server on http://eventyay.com

REQUIREMENTS

• Join the chat channel on https://gitter.im/fossasia/open-event-orga-server
• Sign up at http://eventyay.com
• Find the option to create events and add all kinds of information from past events.
• Publish the event and test the public event page
• If you encounter an issue, file it on the issue tracker
• Tweet about it e.g. "Added event info from [event + event year] to http://eventyay.com during @fossasia #GCI @hpdang @mariobehling"
• Post the same info on social media, e.g. on Facebook

EXPECTED OUTCOME

• Event with full information and at least including picture, twitter, speakers, program, date, time
• Joined chat channel
• Possible issues filed on tracker
• Tweeted and posted on social media
