Open Event Android: Improve localization support

FOSSASIA

OBJECTIVE

Right now the open event android app mostly supports English language. We aim to support many more languages, especially all the asian ones. So the task is the addition of string resources for different languages in their respective string.xml files.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Android and XML,
languages knowledge
Please open an issue if you would like to add strings in a language, fork the repository and make a pull request with changes
