Open Event Web App: Deploy open event webapp to Heroku
OBJECTIVE
Learn the basics of deploying an app on the Heroku platform by deploying the development branch of open event web app project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Create an account on heroku.
- Setup heroku toolbelt on your local machine.
- Learn the basics by deploying the development branch of the web app
- Tweet about your task on Twitter, Weibo or other tweet like channel and add a screenshot of your deployment screen. You could tweet something along the lines "Just learned how to deploy the @FOSSASIA #OpenEvent webapp on @heroku at #GCI Thanks @mariobehling @hpdang http://fossasia.org"
- Post about your task on Facebook or other social media. Your post should include a link to the project https://github.com/fossasia/open-event-webapp and http://eventyay.com
