Design a new consistent style approach we can apply across all our sites and some app utilities
Somewhat related to / an addition on top of https://codein.withgoogle.com/dashboard/tasks/5189858288992256/
Beyond the launcher and logos we could use a set of readily applicable styles, logos, colors, CSS, and so on that would easily work across a bunch of our disparate (mostly) web assets:
- Forum (Xenforo): http://forum.terasology.org
- Splash site (GitHub Page): http://terasology.org - could the large screenshots be used for a background, maybe with nice header/footer added? Less ajax, cleaner overall site, and easier addition of videos)
- Jenkins: http://jenkins.terasology.org
- Artifactory: http://artifactory.terasology.org
- Weblate: http://translate.terasology.org
- Meta server (minimal server and module listing site): http://meta.terasology.org
- Launcher itself
- Future larger module tracking site (GitHub page again)
- Assorted wikis, like https://github.com/MovingBlocks/TerasologyLauncher/wiki
- Future documentation site of some sort
- GitHub readmes
- Future mobile app of some sort (server management utility?)
Goal of this task is to come up with a consistent set of web assets that could be applied in a wide range of contexts, mostly web sites, some of which may have proprietary theming engines with their own expected formats (so easy conversion, or look up the tools listed above). Mobile app assets or icons that would work on a website as well as in-game would also be a plus.
Ideally any font used should be easy to internationalize, like the Google Noto font (already used in-game)
