Terasology's Rails module (https://github.com/Terasology/Rails) is a mod that adds rail blocks and different types of minecarts to the game and has been recently updated to include railroad-related physics. The module is currently missing a README containing a list of its' features - your task is to fix that.

Definition of 'Done'

• A pull request is submitted to the Rails module's repository containing a README with details about the mod's various features.

Where to start?

• A short overview of the module, along with development videos, can be found at the Rails forum thread.
• The Pathfinding and SubstanceMatters modules are some examples of modules with great README files - use these as an ideal reference!
