We currently have 4 profiles for CCExtractor: Regular-release, Regular-debug, OCR-release, OCR-debug.

We're going to continue to have 4, but instead

• Simple (without any external library)
• Full (with ffmpeg for hardsubs and tesseract)

Both in release and debug variants.

The task is to modify the project file accordingly, including the the required dependencies.

At least the simple version (but if it's possible, both) should target the platform 120_xp, because some key users still use XP.

Additionally, we need an "official" .zip file which all the required dependencies, so we have a stable version of everything that we know works well with CCExtractor.

Finally, since we're going to be modifying the project file, let's do a bit on clean up in the file filters so they are neatly organized.
