Within LibreCAD 3 there is an issue where the text of the angular dimension is placed in the incorrect location.

Your task is to find out why it is drawn on the incorrect location and what the solution is. When a solution is found a bug + patch needs to be submitted to our bugtracker.

To give you an idea what is wrong you can see on this image: http://skitch.rvantwisk.nl/~rvt/tmp/angular-dimension_1DEB324D.png You can see that the center location of the text is incorrect and should be moved in the center of the arc.

SUBMIT a patch or pull request that fixes this issue, putting angular dimensions in the correct location
