Compile and install LibreCAD 3

The goal of this task is to compile and install LibreCAD 3 from source code. LibreCAD 3 is different from the main LibreCAD sources in that it's currently under development and incomplete. For this task, you need the ability to follow instructions where not all steps apply or are documented.

Go to the LibreCAD 3 Github repository get and compile the latest sources. Once you have the sources, read the README.md file and follow links to additional steps. Once installed, see if you can run it. These resources may help:
