Add a button to send the document (if nothing is selected) or a selected section to the pastebin as if it had been copied and then pasted into chat.

If possible, also add this as an option when right clicking (while ensuring normal cut/copy/paste still functions, which does not currently).

The paste should be named the same as the file and use the mime-type currently selected for the document. This will require expanding the current pastebin to support mime-types other than text/plain.
