Fix Prosody's mod_http_upload CORS
Prosody's mod_http_upload sends cross-site headers for sending files, but not getting them. This needs to be fixed for other Google Code-in tasks to be completed.
This should likely always be set to "*" since accessing files linked from XMPP should work with any client running on any other domain. Ie, this should not use the same setting as for sending files.
